Darren Blaney
Mr. Blaney has considerable experience in the mineral exploration space spanning over 20 years. He has both founded and managed publicly traded exploration companies and has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of several companies over that time period. He has been actively involved in mineral prospecting for over 25 years. Mr Blaney also has other varied business and investment experience which includes mineral exploration investment, real estate investment, marketing and sales, ranch operations and management, and environmental and natural resource related consulting to both government and NGO's.
Robert Edwards, CPA, CGA
Mr. Edwards has extensive experience in the mining exploration sector over the last 16 years. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of several Corporations during that time. He also has a background in the public accounting field for the last 22 years holding positions in international and local firms in the areas of business consulting, assurance, and tax. He has also owned successful businesses operating in land development, retail sales, health care and logistics. Mr. Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and has held an accounting designation for the last 17 years and is currently a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
Matthew Coltura
Mr. Coltura, B.BA, a self-employed mortgage broker and investor relations associate, is a seasoned finance professional with several years of experience spanning capital markets, real estate and lending across a variety of industries. He has a direct focus on business development, raising capital and building strategic relationships.
Kelvin Burton
Mr. Burton received his Small Business and Entrepreneurship degree with honors at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, and brings 25 years of business experience to the table including 17 years in the precious metals exploration sector. He has gained valuable insights in going through several market cycles and is well suited to handle the challenges of the junior precious metals space.
